About the Role

The Marketing Specialist plays a central role in delivering group-level marketing campaigns and ensuring consistency across all channels and regions. This postion combines hands-on content creation with campaign coordination and execution, while acting as a key partner for local marketing teams.

You will work closely with product management, sales, eCommerce and external partners to translate strategy into impactful campaigns. Your focus is on sterngthening brand visibility, driving engagement, and delivering measurable commercial results across markets.

This is a broad and dynamic B2B marketing role with real ownership and visibility within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Campaign Management:

• Plan, coordinate and roll out group-level marketing campaigns across local markets;
• Adapt central campaigns to local needs and target SME segments;
• Collaborate closely with with product management, sales and other internal stakeholders;
• Support budget coordination and manage external suppliers.

Content Creation:

• Create and maintain content for websites, landing pages, digital platforms and print materials;
• Develop visuals and marketing assets in line with brand guidelines;
• Manage and maintain the central asset library.

Communications & PR:

• Draft press releases and internal communications;
• Support market research and competitive analysis;
• Ensure consistent and compeling brand storytelling across channels.

Digital & Engagement:

• Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation flows;
• Support social media, SEO, webinars and multimedia initiatives;
• Contribute to eCommerce campaigns and localised digital initiatives;
• Coordinate events and trade shows.

Sales Support & Reporting:

• Develop sales materials and presentations;
• monitor campaign performance and report on KPI's;
• Translate data insights into optimisation actions;
• Safeguard brand consistency across all markets.

What we're looking for

• A degree in Marketing, Commercial Economics, Communications or a related field;
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing role;
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders;
• Familiarity with marketing automation and performance tracking;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action;
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English;
• Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written); French is a plus;
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and strong organisational skills;
• Comfortable working in a international and matrix organisation.
